Rules and Regulations 2012
1. All birds will be flown to one loft.
2. Hector Vancheri will be the loft manager
3. Ship birds between March 1st 2011–Update- Taking birds till SEPT 2011
4. Any birds lost or hurt may be replaced by OCTOBER 15th, 2011
5. Cash or travelers checks only will be accepted at the Tournament of Champions Event.
6. Overall prizes paid two weeks after the 300 mile race.
7. PRIZES WILL BE DIVIDED EQUALLY AMONG ALL BIRDS IN FIRST DROP, IF NO BIRD HOME AT END OF THE FIRST DAY, RACE WILL REMAIN OPEN FOR 2 ADDITIONAL DAYS, IF NO BIRD HOME AT END OF 3RD DAY ALL CARRYOVER ENTRY FEES WILL BE REFUNDED(MINUS 15% FOR RACE DAY EXPENSES). THE FIRST DROP WILL SPLIT THE PRIZE POSITIONS, ALL SUBSEQUENT DROPS SHARE EQUALLY. IN THE CASE OF A BIRD NOT CLOCKING AND IT IS VERIFIED, IT WILL BE PLACED LAST IN THAT DROP.
8. Any unforeseen circumstances will be settled by Hector Vancheri, whose decision will be pro-
posed to all breeders of race entries present at current race and their decision will be final.
9. Perch Fee is $125.00 per bird. or a 4 Bird Team for $400.00 or 8 Bird Team for $600.00
10. THE FIRST AND SECOND RACE PRIZE DISTRIBUTION WILL BE AS FOLLOWS: HALF OF THE PRIZE MONEY WILL
GO TO THE 300 MILE RACE PRIZE MONEY. THE FIRST AND 2ND RACE WILL BE DISTRIBUTED AS FOLLOWS:
1ST -30% 2ND -20%- 3RD - 15% - 4TH - 10% - 5TH - 8% - 6TH - 7% - 7TH -6% - 8TH - 5% - 9TH - 4% 10TH - THRU
MONEY RUNS OUT IS 2%.
FOR OUR 300 MILE RACE - 25% WILL COME OFF THE TOP FOR AVERAGE SPEED/ CHAMPION BIRDS/. AVERAGE
SPEED IS PAYING 1ST -50% 2ND - 30% - 3RD - 20% POSITION (BASED ON WINCOMPANION).
THE REST OF THE MONIES WILL BE DISTRIBUTED THE SAME PERCENTAGES AS THE 1ST AND 2ND RACE.
11. ENTRY FEE WILL BE:
12. THERE WILL BE NO AUCTION. BREEDER GETS BIRD(S) BACK AFTER RACE, BREEDER HAS TO PAY SHIPPING AND NOTIFY TOC WITHIN 14 DAYS OF LAST RACE OR BIRD WILL BECOME PROPERTY OF TOC LAS VEGAS.
13. THE RACE WILL BE FLOWN. 150 MILE LAKE HAVASU, AZ , 200 MILE BLYTHE,AZ, 300 MILE CASA GRANDE, AZ. RACE DATES ARE SUBJECT TO WEATHER CONDITIONS
14. If Birds Entry fee is not paid by shipping and it has not been withdrawn by breeder then said bird will be sold at Auction night of shipping and breeder will forfeit ALL rights to said Bird.
15. 600 BIRDS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITH GRANDFATHER RIGHTS FOR PREVIOUS PARTICIPANTS - TOC HAS RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY ENTRIES
16. All pools paid by clock and 15% of pools and entry monies will be cut for race expenses. Ties in the clock will be given the same position number and paid equally.

IF YOU’RE NOT PLANNING ON BEING HERE FOR THE FIRST RACE PLEASE SEND ENTRY MONEY BY JAN 05, 2012. IF YOU ARE ATTENDING THE RACES , CASH ONLY WILL BE ACCEPTED ON NIGHT OF SHIPPING FOR EACH RACE. YOU MAY WITHDRAW YOUR BIRD(S) FROM COMPETITION AT ANY TIME WITH NO OBLIGATION. You can withdraw your bird(s) before the races and your entry fee will be returned in full.$200.00 FOR THE 200 MILE RACE
